Our story started in 1977 with a desire to own a full service propane company providing professional, quality customer care with excellent outcomes. We have become your energy advisor and offer guidance beyond the sale. You, the customer, are a part of the Alliance Propane family.
After being involved in almost every aspect of the propane industry for over four decades, we simply treat our customers as we like to be treated; fairly, timely, and always with safety in mind.
We will not compromise safety. Unlike other professions (i.e. doctors and lawyers), we cannot practice. When we complete any job, we must be perfect every time.

Obviously Susie and I (Mike) do, because you are how we make a living. You help us live. We want to take care of you, so you keep buying gas from us. That's why we give personalized service.
And it's not just Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm. Our phones are on 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So if you call at three o'clock in the morning, you can expect to get superior customer service directly from us, the owners. You won't get an employee and we'll make a decision right on the spot, because there is no one above us.
The big gas companies like to tie their customers into contracts. We don't need to lock you into a contract because you already own your own equipment. We simply sell you an entire package and then we'll sell you what we consider to be discounted gas and we just hope you keep buying gas from us. Everything's a handshake!
